Request Email - on anything that survives the tour
Track it simple: ‘Deal Tracker’ inside Rental Calculator → “Tour # __ / 50”
Take a picture each place you go to remember and track!
Hit 50 → you’ll likely find a worthy property and get an offer accepted.
ACTION #3 - START RIGHT NOW
Open Zillow → message your realtor with 5 listings for tours
Text your realtor: “Send me 5 duplexes to tour this week”
Take a picture at each tour - I will ask to share proof of the places you’ve seen so far!
To get your first property, run the number for 100+ properties. tour 30+, and offer on 5+. If you don’t get a property by then, keep going!
